If you ordered a digital product, when placing your order on the website, select the delivery type "No delivery needed." Within 1−2 days, depending on the workload of our staff, you will receive an email. The email will contain information about your order, a product description, and a link to access the product you ordered.

For physical products. When placing an order on the Association’s website, select the Omniva delivery option and choose the location where you would like to pick up the product (Omniva parcel machine). Within 1−2 days, depending on the staff workload, you will receive an email with information about your order, a description of the product, and the date your order will be shipped. Usually, the shipment takes place the day after the email is sent, meaning you will receive your order 2−3 days after placing it.
Within 3−4 days after a representative of the European Association of Speech Therapists and Neuropsychologists informs you that your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS notification about the delivery to your chosen location, along with instructions on how to pick it up. You must collect your order within 3 working days after receiving the SMS.
